We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving the order, but please allow 4-5 working days for our standard delivery service (UK only). On order items such as clothing, fresh flower jewellery, wedding cards,wedding cakes are exceptions to this delievry timeframe. Returns Policy

Customers have cancellation rights of 7 working days starting from day after the goods are delivered. If an item is unsuitable, please ensure the goods have been returned unworn/unused for a refund within 7 days of receipt. Terms and Conditions apply. Please read exclusions to this policy above.

Payment Methods

We accept payments with credit/debit cards and via PayPal. All payments are processed securely and safely through PayPal.

 

COST UK: All standard delivery orders will incur a £7.99 charge with in the UK to allow for the cost of delivery. Gauranteed next day delivery option will incur a charge of £10.99. This is the same no matter how large the order is. Orders above the value of £160 will receive free delivery. Bulk wedding card orders are an exception to these flat rates and free delivery; shipping rates will vary. This is due to the fact that wedding cards are shipped out to customers address direct from our printers so shipping charges vary according to the weight of the order. Please note there may also be a small customs charge payable when you receive your wedding card bulk order as these are shipped from outside the UK. Wedding card samples are also exempt from delivery charges.

   Note: If you do not receive the order with in 4 days please inform us. Exceptions are wedding cards, clothing orders and personalised items. Fresh mehndi jewellery and malas will be delivered direct from our florists on your required date. Please place orders for flower items separate from the rest of your Chaand Bazaar order. 

Cost Europe and worldwide: All orders will incur a £12.00 with in Europe and £22.00 worldwide surcharge to allow for the cost of delivery up to 10KG. If order is more than 10KG P&P Price will vary. You will be notified via email if your order weighs more than 10kg or costs considerably more than our flat rate shipping charge with an option to pay the extra postage.
