Chaand Bazaar assures you a unique and secure shopping experience online. We promise you outstanding quality and service at all times. Our products will try their best to match the pictures however you may expect slight variations in colours or sizes or fabrics. Every care is taken to describe items as accurately as possible.

Please ensure you order in plenty time before your wedding or event date as Chaand Bazaar cannot gaurantee stock levels and delivery at all times.

Refund and Returns Policy

If an item is unsuitable then you can send it back for a refund within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to offer a refund (This excludes clothing orders, jewellery and fresh flower items, wedding cards,sarees). Please ensure you have informed the reason for return prior to sending back to us. Goods should be unworn/unused with labels and tags intact, in good condition, and with a letter mentioning the order number. We aim to process all refunds within 28 working days of receiving the returned items. We regret that the delivery charge is not refundable. 
 
Clothing Orders
 
Please read the following information regarding all the ladies wear and menswear except ready to buy sections. All our outfits are made on order so these terms and conditions include standard sizes as well.

 

Our aim is to achieve 100% copy of outfits. The colour shown on the web pages may at times differ in shade from what you get in actual, reason being that the colour shade shown on computer screens is always slightly varied from the one in real. Also different material shows same colour in different shades, therefore it may show slight variations. However, Chaand Bazaar ensures the best possible fabrication. We take maximum care in quality control. For this reason, items cannot be returned on the basis of 'not looking like the picture'. Please visit our Facebook page 'Customer Order' album to get a better idea of our actual work and quality of outfits.
 
In the unlikely event that there is an issue/problem with your outfit please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. We will not be able to look into any complaints outwith this timeframe.

 

In rare cases, international parcels are check for security at customs when they enter the UK. Although every care is taken to prevent this we regret we cannot take any responsibility for damage occurred to outfits by shipping couriers. We take pictures and videos of all outfits prior to shipping for our records. We check all ordered dresses for the given sizes before shipping therefore please ensure you provide correct measurements as records are kept. In most cases, we are unable to simply refund the ordered dresses. These dresses are made for individual customers considering their specific requirements and hence are not useful for any other customer.

If any dress is made with the measurements that are not within provided measurements by customer we will provide a free fix. Such dresses may be altered (if possible) to suit your needs and then shipped back to you at our expense. Alterations can be made to the outfit orders but they cannot be returned for a refund.

All outfits are made on order. If an order is under process and is cancelled by a customer after 5 days of placing the order, we would deduct 20% late order cancellation charges.


Some of the dresses are handmade especially those in bridal and formal wear, which may extend the preparation time. Any extensions will be communicated accordingly.
Kindly note that dresses once made and delivered are on the basis of NO exchange and NO refund policy.


Payments can be made through PayPal, credit or debit card.

All outfits are delivered within 4 weeks unless otherwise agreed as urgent requests in which case you will be advised of delivery date. Delivery times for bridal lehngas are 6 weeks. However, please try to order your outfits in plenty of time for required date as although best pest possible effort will be made to ensure you get your clothes in time, Chaand Bazaar cannot take responsibility for unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or other incidents which may delay courier delivery times.

 Jewellery items and Fresh Flower Jewellery
 
Due to Health and Hygiene reason we strictly do not accept any jewellery items returns.
Please note we do not accept responsibility for any allergies you may have to fresh flowers. Please check before ordering. Although every care will be taken to ensure the flowers reach you in the best of condition, we cannot be held responsible for mishandling by couriers.
 
Chaand Bazaar refuses the right to accept any responsibility for parcels received for return/exchange without invoice number, address, and the contact number as it is very difficult to trace who has sent the goods. We will send you a refund as soon as the refund has been processed. If you have requested replacement of a higher value, any difference due will be charged and our team will call you and get your payment details.

Stock Avaibility

We always try and ensure that all stock is available when ordered. We may have high demands for our goods and may run out of stocks faster than we expect due to a busy wedding season. To avoid disappointment we advise you to order as soon as possible. At the time of dispatch, if an item(s) is out of stock, we will try to contact the customer by phone or email, please make sure to provide all contact details at the time of order. In case of wrong contact details provided or getting no response from customer, Chaand Bazaar reserve the right to cancel out of stock items and send rest of the order.
 
Next Day Gauranteed Delivery
 
This option is available on orders placed before 12 noon. These will be gauranteed delivery next working day. Therefore all orders placed on Saturday will be gauranteed delivery on Monday with the exception of bank holidays when delivery will be Tuesday. This delivery option is not available on clothing orders as these have a turnaround time of 4-6 weeks unless from ready to buy sections.
 
Loss/Damage
 
Chaand Bazaar cannot be held responsible for any loss, delay or damage to parcels once they have been despatched.
 
Hire Products
 
Items ordered from our Hire section must be returned within 2 weeks. Any items returned later than this will have money deducted from refundable deposit. A refundable deposit of £50 is added to checkout when an item is added to basket from this section. This amount is returned when item is returned in GOOD condition. Any damage done to products will incur a small amount deducted from deposit. Customer bears the cost of returning the item back to us however, we can offer a collection service with our couriers for £10 on request. (This amount will be deducted from deposit.)
 
 
Wedding Card Orders
 
For all bulk orders for wedding cards, shipping varies and does not come under the flat rate shipping charges. Please order in plenty of time before your wedding date as although cards are despatched withing 2 weeks of receiving payment, delivery times cannot always be gauranteed. Please note there may be a small customs charge on delivery of wedding card orders as these are shipped direct from our printers outside of the UK.
 
 
All above items are subject to availability. Designs, sizes, fabrics and colours may vary slightly. Please take note that colours are not guaranteed. Please wash clothes separately.
